• Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Constellation (West)

Primary Responsibilities

  • Deliver results on sales goals, distribution, and new product launches by working closely with the Sales Managers, On Premise Business Development Managers, Channel Directors, Key Account Managers and General Sales Manager/VP in the West Region
  • Coordinate and supervise Sales Managers, On Premise Business Development Managers and Sales Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction, achievement of all sales goals/quotas, and marketing of company products
  • Develop productive business relationships with supplier and customers; assist Sales Managers, On Premise Brand Development Managers and Sales Representatives with maintaining customer relationships.  Solicits customer feedback to ensure high level of customer service
  • Distribute sales goals/quotas; coordinate and manage consistent sales meetings to communicate sales goals/quotas to Sales Managers, On Premise Business Development Managers and Sales Representatives
  • Travel to other West Region markets as business dictates.  Responsible for creating personal relationships with all key accounts; this includes regular visits to accounts with direct reports
  • Deliver quality brand standard execution measured by performance, market surveys and distribution levels
  • Resolve all sales and market-related issues in the West Region in concert with Sales Managers, On Premise Business Development Managers and Sales Representatives
  • Monitor sales performance through analysis of goals/quotas and accompanying Sales Managers, On Premise Business Development Managers and Sales Representatives on sales calls
  • Inform West Region sales team of company products and keep aware of activities and products of competitors
  • Work with Credit Department to ensure sales representatives’ adherence to Major Brands’ Credit Policy
  • Coordinate communication between Sales and Operations regarding distribution and inventory issues
  • Know, understand, and abide by all Federal and State laws pertaining to alcoholic beverages
  • Understand and comply with all State and Federal regulations regarding the sale and promotion of assigned products
  • Attend, participate, and complete all company regulatory and required trainings
  • May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned

  • Must have a clear driving record in accordance with Major Brands’ Driving Policy
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 3 + years Route Sales and/or Retail Sales experience a plus
  • Three Years Supervisory experience a plus
